Beautiful handmade satin charmeuse scrunchie, personalized with your bridesmaid's, best friend's, or teammate's NAME, packaged in a reusable bag with a proposal tag "I can't tie the knot without you".

3. Pick the size of the scrunchie: 2 sizes of scrunchies are available (CLASSIC and GRAND) Classic is the most popular size.
4. Add bridesmaids' names in the personalization box EXAMPLE: Jessica, Emma, Janny, Rose and thread color-Dark green (if no color selection is made black or white will be used).
No special characters ( $ @ + ! or hearts <3) or accents. Up to 14 characters per scrunchie.

SHIPPING IN CANADA
Orders shipped to Canadian addresses will be sent via Canada Post. We use LETTER MAIL and doesn't include a tracking#. The products are shrink wrapped in branded bags and sent in a poly mailer. We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over $50. $5 fee for orders under $50. Orders over $100 are sent in a box with tracking.
Priority/express shipping can be selected during check out for an additional fee. We find that most people receive their order within 5-10 business days with lettermail. However, as mentioned above, sometimes this time frame can vary because of circumstances beyond our control. December is very busy and expect delays with shipping.
SHIPPING TO USA
Orders shipped to American addresses will be sent via Canada Post/USPS Tracked Packet. We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over $75 USD. $10 USD fee for orders under $75.
Delivery is within 5-10 business days. We are not responsible for customs fees if any.

We do our very best to ship orders within 1 business day of purchasing your products. During peak order times like holidays and new product launches, please allow for a little extra processing time. An email will be sent to you once your order has been processed.

RETURNS
We are sure you'll love your Arctic Rose products; however, we know that life isn't always perfect! We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange for an in-store credit.

1. How do I wash my scrunchie?
We recommend hand washing the satin scrunchie and air/line dry. The towel scrunchies can go into the wash with like colors, gentle cycle, no fabric softener (decreases absorbency) or bleach, place in lingerie bag for best results. Air/line dry.
2. What size are the scrunchies?
Scrunchie: 15 cm x 15 cm/6"x 6" They are hand made and cut so sometimes there is a slight variation.
3. Do you offer wholesale pricing/wholesale for retail?
Yes we have wholesale program, please fill out the contact form and include store name, website and location. Once approved we will contact you.

6. Where are the products made?
All our products are handmade in Quebec, Canada. The fabrics are sourced from France. We support Canadian businesses for tags, printing etc.
7. Donations?
Yes we currently donate to women's shelters and cat rescues. Currently we support a local women's shelter and have exceeded our capacity for the year.
All the material is recycled into cat beds, cat toys and face puffs. (There is fabric waste after cutting, the excess is repurposed as stuffing in cat beds & toys).
The scrunchies are handmade and embroidered in Canada.
The satin charmuese fabric is gentle on hair and is the perfect custom gift for her. Gift for bridesmaids, bachelorettes, bridal showers, sports teams and besties.
