RETURNS: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for custom orders but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern. We are always happy to help! If there is a defect with the product, please send a picture, with the order # and your name.
Custom/personalized orders are not refundable or returnable.
If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

ORDER CANCELLATION OR CHANGES
We start processing your order as quickly as possible to ensure it arrives to you in a timely manner. Because of this, we may be unable to make changes or cancel your order once it is placed. In the event a cancellation or change request is necessary, please contact us by email immediately and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
DAMAGES + ISSUES
While our products are carefully inspected prior to shipping, we understand that things happen. Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that we are not responsible for damages resulting from shipping, washing, wearing or misuse.
