Refund policy

We are sure you'll love your Arctic Rose products; however, we know that life isn't always perfect! We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange for an in-store credit. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@arcticrose.online.

Please include: your name, order #, item(s) you're requesting to return and the reason(s) for requesting a return.

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question through the chat box on the website. 

ORDER CANCELLATION OR CHANGES 

We start processing your order as quickly as possible to ensure it arrives to you in a timely manner. Because of this, we may be unable to make changes or cancel your order once it is placed. In the event a cancellation or change request is necessary, please contact us by email immediately and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

DAMAGES + ISSUES

While our products are carefully inspected prior to shipping, we understand that things happen. Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that we are not responsible for damages resulting from shipping, washing, wearing or misuse.
