TIPS FOR HEALTHY FALL HAIR

This is the season for pumpkin lattes, sweater weather and brisk mornings.

Our hair quality can fluctuate as the humidity, temperature and seasons change. 

 

Here are some quick tips to improve your hair health:


  1. Get regular trims by a professional, please no DIY’s!
  2. Avoid heat styling or drying as much as possible. Use a hair towel to absorb water post shower and reduce the use of blow dryers. Use a towel scrunchie for a post bath bun and go to bed while your hair slowly dries. 
  3. Get enough rest and eat well (this seems like common sense but our hair is a result of what we put into our bodies).
  4. Use satin scrunchies instead of elastic hair ties. The satin won’t pull or damage your locks. They are easy to use and you look elevated especially with a classic black satin scrunchie in your hair. 
  5. Try a hair mask or leave in treatment. There are lots out there, use a hair towel to wrap your hair up while the potion works its magic.
